Bad Billing Practices

We ordered a pick up for July 2nd. Republic did not show up. They billed us a missed pick up fee of 160$ for July 5th. Since that was when most of the country was taking the day off for the holiday, we were not at work to let the truck in our gate. They will not answer the phones. Someone chatted on facebook then blocked my messages. User's recommendation: Use Waste Management.
