Hi, Gymboree order number #[protected] I've ordered online on the the 20th of november 2016 and received gymboree shipping confirmation, 6 (Six) days later !, on the 26th of november, which is not really normal ! This is not acceptable. I tried to explain that the order should arrive not later than the 30th november 2016, since we were just on holidays till this date in new york and afterward we go back to switzerland, your customer service just informed I need to talk with ups but ups informed they can’t do anything since gymboree has chosen a mixed service with the national post and gymboree should solve this issue. Gymbore customer service, did not offer any solution, the order was delivered too late and not in time! The only possibility i’ve got from gymboree ! Is that I have to claim "did not received package" with my credit card to get the money back. Later on the 15. Dec. Gymboree wrote to me: "due to refusal of the package, your order# [protected] was returned to our facility.In order for us to ship this package we will need a confirmation from you and a new or correct address. The shipping address we have for this order is: peereboom, isabelle 60 centre dr central valley new york [protected] we will gladly hold your package until 12/22/16. If we do not hear a response by this date, we will issue a credit back to your credit card for this order less shipping. Due to a high volume of emails received during the holidays preferred method of responding would be by phone. We thank you for taking the time to read this email and we look forward to your reply. Sincerely,... " I've reply to this email on the 19. Dec. 2016 and explained it was not my problem and I need my money back, do not what to pay any shipping fees but just received the gymboree feedback on the 29. Dec.2016: "hello, Thank you for email. The package was returned back to our warehouse and it will be process as a return less the shipping fee and the process will take 7 to 10 business days and it will reflect to your account in 1 to 2 billing cycles. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us... ,... " As you see, it’s not my problem and I am not willing to pay any costs to gymboree after all this issues and the money I already spent talking to the customer service on the telephone, my personal time, etc. I’m waiting for the credit back and of course gymboree should also cover any fees coming from the credit card. It’s really a shame and i’m very disappointed about gymboree service and I refuse to pay any cost. !!
