Ordered a couch January 21, 2021. The delivery kept was set for March. It then got pushed to May. Now, March 16, it says the delivery is pushed until mid-July. I called customer service and their solution was :you can go buy a couch from someone else and cancel your order. Thats it. Their solution was to just waste the months Ive already been waiting, and shop somewhere else. User's recommendation: Do not shop here. They lie about inventory and never ship itwms.
