AWFUL SERVICE!!!

Original review updated by user May 18, 2021 As a USAA Customer I am disappointed that they use this company. We called at 3:08 for a tow. We needed to have the car towed to a mechanics shop and needed to get there before 6:00. 6 HOURS LATER --- They finally showed up after calling numerous times and talking with the RUDEST people ever!!! About to leave USAA if they don't change providers.DO NOT USE EVER!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE, EVER!!!!!!!!
