Awful Flight Training Vendor

This is the most horrible flight training experience I have ever been through in all my decades of flying! Getting sales information or schedule commitments was like pulling teeth - which also resulted in two extra unplanned days to get a check ride scheduled. No formal syllabus. No appreciation and exploitation of the skill level of the customer/student. Laughable pre-flight and post-flight briefings. Multi-engine trainer had multiple items INOP - although sales material would lead you to believe everything is functional. Aircraft checklist is amateurish. It is unprofessional and unethical to have to pay for the owner's time to assist him in unhangaring and hangaring the airplane you are about to rent. Likewise, it was ridiculous to be charged for Larry's full time to loiter during the check ride, when his presence was not required. And one should not be charged for "BS" sessions and coffee breaks! Multiple billing and logbook errors. Slow to provide invoices. And be prepared to spend every lunch with him as you stop at Front Range for fuel. How this guy made "Flight Instructor of the Year" is beyond my understanding. To advertise this as advanced instruction is borderline fraud. The ATP program had as much sophistication as an introductory flight. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
