Awful customer experience

I learned NEVER LEASE A CAR. After our car was stolen, impossible to get Kia on the phone. Continued to charge lease payments for months. Paid hundreds of dollars in tickets the stolen car received days after being reported stolen and Charged my account. Refused to call my Insurance company because they "cannot make outgoing phone calls" Huh? Told me to let them handle it and then did nothing. I think Covid killed them, but ten months latter we are still at loggerheads. User's recommendation: Buy the car, do not ever lease a car.
