Awful business so pissed!

A year ago in early/mid September I decided to start a website for my dog walking/daycare business to look more professional. I looked up which webpage host to use so iPage seemed like a good choice. After signing up and then trying to pay an error occurred and I never received an email saying my credit card had been charged. It was my husbands credit card so I never saw the purchase on the bill either. I don’t receive any emails from them except spam trying to sell me products until almost a year later with them emailing me saying my domain will expire soon so I immediately call them and ask what the crap is this? Explained what happened almost a year ago and the CSR says they’ll investigate it to see if an error occurred but they only offer refunds within 30 days! I didn’t know I even had this web page and you won’t give me a refund?! Are you kidding me? Meanwhile (a year ago) I wasn’t going to retry the process with this website that had an error occur during payment so I went to godaddy and they have been amazing! IPage can see I didn’t use the website and that I never signed in, why would a stay at home mom trying to earn extra cash just throw money away? I wouldn’t, so clearly something went wrong on their end and they won’t acknowledge it. Just disgusted by this company and their customer service I will never recommend this company and I will keep spreading my bad experience to many other businesses and entrepreneurs that I network with including my thousands of social media followers! The kicker is that after I got nowhere with the CSR I told him cancel the website and do not renew but I’m still receiving emails saying my domain expires soon. Wtf?!
