I fell for the easy credit card pre-approval because my mom absolutely had to have something she saw in their catalogue. First of all, let me say that the quality of their merchandise is very substandard. I never looks the same as in the catalogue. I always kept my account in good standing, making my payments on time. However, recently they really pissed me off! I am very vigilant about my credit report. So I was very alarmed when I received notification that there was a drop in my credit score. When I checked, I was infuriated to find out that I'd gotten decrease on the credit limit on none other than the BRYLANE HOME CREDIT CARD! It went from $500 to $100 for no reason at all without any notification! And they had the nerve to report all this to all the credit agencies!!! The worst part was that I voiced this in an email to them and sent back a cookie cutter response, saying "thank very much for your email and we apologize for any inconvenience!!!" AS LONG AS I LIVE I WILL NEVER USE THAT COMPANY AGAIN! AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WHEREVER I GO!!!
