Avoid this company for any shipping you might be thinking of doing! They are a third party place that book with various main shippers - but be warned they have both terrible & slow customer service...compounded with errors galore for any orders you do. Avoid & stay clear! You’re better off dealing with shippers (directly) to save both time & hassle, as Goorooship )with an equally terrible name) have shown extreme incompetentance at booking even the most simple of shipping requests. FOOLroosip is the better name! The best part is when they are shown their errors, they will hold to the “we are right” mantra. (Think its similar to Air Canada’s be-happy-we-let-you-fly-with-us attitude thing. Same at GooRooShip.) Plus the fact that they deal with Canpar (as they aren’t a great shipping company - google their reviews for fun reading!) - which further explains the symbiotic relationship these two companies have! (The blind leading the blind type thing...) They won’t even help fix any messes they made either. You’re on your own! So...if you’d like your parcels to arrive where designated, (or be picked up at all), don’t book a thing with this company! Be warned...
