Avoid their pharmacies

I have one prescription . It has to be renewed every 6 months regardless of refill status. Every time this happens, and I request a renewal, they fail to obtain the prescription and refill it, nor do they ever reach out to me in any way to let me know what's going on. There is no follow up and after a week or more of waiting, I have to contact them. They always blame the physician's office, even when the nurse tells me she called in the renewal. Terrible service. User's recommendation: ASK the pharmacy how they handle renewals and refills and how the follow up if they cannot refill a Rx. Don’t use a Hyvee pharmacy.
