A fraudulent company that will steal your money and try to invest in property. They guarantee you will get dividends and then just disappear. They sell houses between their own companies, inflate closing costs and remodeling cost to say that there is no money left for investors. Avoid them at all costs. They will have pending lawsuits from a group of investors that they stole money from. The use companies in Hong Kong to get investors from Asia knowing they will never be able to pay back the investors. Never seen a bigger group of scam artists in my life.
