Avoid this company. They do not deliver what they say they do. We purchased tickets through BroadwayTour.net. We were given the option to purchase a zone - Zone A for $23 per ticket plus their service fee and shipping. The two tickets cost us $72.50 and the next day a person called from the company stating they could not sell and would not sell the tickets because these tickets were $200 each. They said they would credit our credit card. We called them again on another night for the same event and the same Zone A tickets were available. The person on the phone claimed to be a manager and told us that they would sell the tickets at that price to us. So, we expected a credit for the other set and a new charge for tickets. Next day, we get an email saying there is an issue. Upon calling, they will not be selling us the tickets. Management refuses to speak to us and we are not sure if they will issue a credit for the charge. This company seems to be a true company when you look at their site but when you purchase the tickets, they do not follow through selling them. Do not waste your time and/or money on them.
