Our member went to this location the end of August of 2020 and purchased a 2019 Toyota Rav-4. They sent me the purchase order the very next day telling me they communicated to their sales & finance persons that we will be sending them a check. Upon receipt of this purchase order I called Avis Car sales in Colton CA to conform. I received the General Manager that got on the phone and immediately started yelling at me telling me their deal was not a 'no option' contract. He did not give me the chance to explain as he hung up on me. After speaking to my member again we attempted to call the dealer back together. We tried at least 7-times a day for a solid week only to leave messages. This member was forced in to their financing until they receive their statement for us to process their refinance.
