I have been trying to get an authorization for a new car discount for my nephew since before thanksgiving. I get an email saying I will receive the number within two days. I still don't have it. I applied for another one again last night. The car dealer is requesting the number. what do you suggest I do. I can't believe this is so difficult. I have always been able to do this in a matter of minutes. I cannot find a phone number to contact a live representative . Lousy customer service.
