All I wanted to do was talk to a person!!!! No, I had to go around and around with that damn automated system!! Then when I did get a person he knew nothing. I called a branch and another representative was so rude and condescending I couldnt believe it!!! You definitely need to teach some employees manners and how to speak with customers!!!!! User's recommendation: Don’t need anything important!!!
