[protected] I have been a straight talk customer for many years but I am new at auto refill. I was double charged for my service this month, once on the 14th and once on the 16th. I call CS and they forwarded me to refund and they had no record of the latter charge. I cancelled auto refill and will be going to Verizon prepaid if I am not refunded the money that was taken from my account. I see a long history of complaints of this nature and it seems you may have an internal theft issue.
