I have had USSA for over 30 years. I tried to use the roadside assistance and find out they have outsourced it to some lame *** company. They are going to send a tow from 3 cities away with a 2 hour drive time AFTER they deal with 2 clients before me. This is crazy. USSA has gone so downhill. It used to be you got your money's worth. You paid more but got excellent service. NOT anymore.Say NO to USSASa User's recommendation: Say no to USSA.
