Auto Image Poc.ID took my car as trade on their car. want car back but won’t give my car back
Auto Image in Pocatello,ID was going to help me get financed for a car on their lot so I used my van as a trade in for the downpayment. They gave me $1,500 for it. The car I wanted had some problems so they agreed to have it all fixed. They had the car for 3 wks. When I got it back nothing had been done. I asked for the title & to call it a straight trade. They weren't willing to do that nor were they wiling to give me the money for the van I traded. They want to take the car & keep the money from the sale of my van.
