Hi my name is Dan recently visited the red roof inn, and had a horrible day/night. To many problems to list. I finally called customer service. When I was introduced to another extremely rude lady... Thinking there was nowhere to turn. I hung the phone up is disbelief. Thinking this had been the end moments later a red roof team member called me and set all problems straight and proceeded to give me a comp stay. Well I have not received this stay and as I now have made reservations would like to know if you could comp this stay my reservations are for today 4/21/21 an the stay will be till checkout Tuesday. Please rsvp asap
