I bought a product online and didn't receive it. I called a couple months later and was told that they didn't have the product and that they should have refunded (and would refund) me. They didn't, and I phoned again weeks later and was personally assured by "Louise" (I'm just now finding out her reported background) that I would be refunded. They again didn't, and I had to contact Paypal who intervened and thankfully was able to refund me. User's recommendation: Beware, there is money grabbing and fraud here. I won't even give them one star.
