Attempt to cheat on unneeded parts and labor

1

Trinidad colorado, I went by appointment for a front end alignment. Two hours later they took the truck in and returned within minutes with a $1300 estimate for front end repairs and claimed that they couldn't do the $69 alignment unless I authorize the other repairs. What they didn't know, I and the friend with me, are Master ASE mechanics, and I hold FAA Airframe, General, and Jet Engine certification. We both have extensive experience both military and civilian work. Nor did they know many of the parts and labor, were done in previous months. Big O proved to me they are criminals cheating the public. All the parts and labor were lies to try and cheat their customers. Stay away from these crooks. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
