Everyone knows the signs saying "lane narrows in 500 Feet" just when you go onto I-93 North Quincy heading into Boston, just like similar signs where you drive. Well folks, between 6:56 and 6:59 am this morning (4/25/2018 when we entered !-93 and our 2/3rds of a right lane started to narrow so we had to move into a fortunately opened up space on our left, all of a sudden an extremely aggressive truck driver stepped on his gas speeding up to sharply cut us off. this 30 feet long empty tow truck sped up not only blocking us but turning right into us to close out our small space completely forcing my driver up against the guardrail. I'm a partially handicapped 67 Yo with a broken left shoulder that pain suddenly shot through as my driver acted safely enough to avoid the tow truck drivers planned (likely fraudulent) collision. Assured Collision of Walpole MA has complaints against it too numerous to mention, not counting newspaper articles about its fraudulently overcharging $48,000.00 to tow a jeep with a fee of $1,250.00 per hour to pay a supervisor to watch their driver. After what I observed today and have pictures of on my cellphone, their driver today absolutely required expert supervision not to mention a whole lot of training if the owner, William A. Needle, doesn't fire that driver tomorrow when he looks under "Details" on your drivers cellphone verbal call and text sections to verify my personally observing that young Brat driver playing with (possibly texting)and talking on his cellphone before, during and after he almost killed us, or at the very injured me worse than he did. The low 1.9 out of 5 rating for Assured Collision and the majority of 86 Google reviews detailing Assured Collision employee's pattern of uncorrected wrongdoing opens up the owner for punitive damages ten times greater than compensatory damages every time in the future his employee's texting/playing with their phones causes a problem for any other driver near them. If you have had a bad experience with Assured Collision within the past three years and would like to sue its owner or a driver (or both ) I shall draft you a free civil complaint so that you may get a fair opportunity to be properly compensated by William A. Needle for his willful if not malicious failure to properly train and supervise his drivers. email me anytime paralegalassociates@***.com Because that company makes its' documented excessive profits from collisions . . . . I can understand why its divers would slow down at first to open up enough space for a normal driver to accept the truck drivers invitation to merge and when the truck driver sees the merge taking place aggressively steps on the gas fraudulently attempting to make it look like the merging car driver had not been following the law. see AN UNDERLYING SITUATION, by David Flipov of the Boston Globe (October 5, 2008) . Massachusetts "Yield" laws do not envision thismornings incident and a civil jury would not permit the message texting or game playing towtruck driver to attempt to create a situation for extra pay for himself [ or permit that Company Owner who is now reading this to destroy evidence when he is in fact on notice to preserve his employees phone for investigation and civil litigation discovery if necessary !
