Received a replacement phone and activated it on Feb. 1, 2021, the tech couldn't get data connectivity on my phone and he gave up. I have talked to more than 10 techs since then and spent hours on the phone two techs hung up on me. They all lied to me and then they gave up. Two said they were sending a ticket to get me help and they lied. They were supposed to call me back by Saturday and have yet to hear from them. I've never had this kind of service from Assurance Wireless. Now they lie and hang up on you. User's recommendation: Avoid choosing Assurance Wireless.
