Hi, I spoke with a few customer service representatives regarding where to send a tax exemption form to, I was given the same email address twice (care@***.com) and I even had them spell it out for me, and it was sent back as undeliverable. Please forward to whomever is in charge to assist in the process, or email me the email address to who i should send the NYS tax exemption forms and our confirmation number is 917551****397.
