Asking for refund towards hotel bill, suitcase charges, because Aegean changed my flights 14 hours before.

I booked my original flight for 17th Feb, Corfu/Athens/Heathrow, it was changed by Aegean 14 hours before I was due to fly at 10am from Corfu. I received an email with no explanation, telling me I was booked Corfu/Athens on 17th, then 08.55 the next day, on Thurs 18th Feb, Athens to Stockholm(!), then with British Airways to Heathrow. I had to book a hotel in Athens (138), and was charged an extra 86 for my suitcase. Since arriving in U.K. I have telephoned Aegean Customer Services in Athens (no help at all), and I have sent them 3 emails including photographs of hotel booking and receipt, and receipt for extra suitcase charge. I have had one acknowledgement with an Incident reference number, and a standard format letter showing different Links, like Cancellations, but nothing applies to my situation, I am very disappointed in Aegean - I do not expect an immediate refund, but do expect an apology for all the inconvenience and stress, and I do expect some money back. User's recommendation: Do not use Aegean if there is an alternative - what has happened to them, they used to be the best!
