Asked to return the Jet Nozzle, Not as advertised.

The Jet Nozzle would not clean my drive or deck. Their support group(Angelie) said they would refund 65% of the purchase price without me returning it. I responded I would accept their offer, please advise when and how much. That was on 6-7 Have not received a response. User's recommendation: Do not purchase a Jet Nozzle to clean your deck or drive.
