first off when I recieved the phone i could not under what he was saying when i finely got to the web page and got it filled out and got the return phone call from him he asked for some more info then hung up on me and now i have no idea what to do and no way to return the the phone call the number tells you thank you for calling and how not to receive calls from them but not how to speak with one of there reps and no way to gather any tipe of info
