After getting a mail saying I passed credit check and got my go live date and phone number so I called talktalk to ask about my modem as nothing has been sent out yet only to be told it has been cancelled as I didn't meet the criteria but wasn't notified absolutely shocking service go else User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
