Asian chopped salad

I'm a rewards member. I have been loyal for 10 years+. Me and my grand kids were at store 259 in Richardson Texas today. I ordered a chopped chicken salad it came without Chicken. I ordered no scallions, food allergy, they put them in. The food was cold and awful. I want my money back? My rewards phone number is [protected].
