A tap Portugal flight ticket I bought through ASAP ticket agent called Mustafa in February, 2021 against March and within the same month I received an email from ASAP ticket that the airline has cancelled all their flight for whole month of march. Upon tiresome communication finally ASAP ticket told me the airline has refunded the money to their consolidated account. Currently as am writing this review ASAP ticket has not refunded the money into my card which means the money is under their custody User's recommendation: Will never recommend to anyone to go with ASAP ticket.
