Art Van refuses to accommodate person with medical condition

Purchased a mattress from Pure Sleep. After receiving the mattress I slept on it for a week. For some reason my cough induced asthma increasingly getting worse. I finally had to sleep in another room. I contacted the store basically they told me warranty does not cover medical conditions. Because I have this condition I am responsible for knowing what I am reacting to when I purchase item. If I do not then it is a GAMBLE for me to know what I react to. When I explained I could not pinpoint what it is only by encountering a smell before I know what I react to. Response by Art Van: medically there is not a way to pinpoint what I am reacting to then it may not be the mattress. They sent out a service agent and he put his face into the mattress writing up no gases being released. Let's go with actual "no way to pinpoint what I causing the reactions " hilarious! So I would never go into Art Van for a purchase if you have any medical issue, unless you have $2,500 dollars to toss out the window. THE WORST!!!! Company I have ever dealt with. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
