Arrogent

My order was accidentally doubled and it come out to be $17 when it was supposed to be $9. Lame but oh well. Beyond that they were giving me attitude and being so unprofessional. The post they sent me before the last when I finally got a refund was "We are not Walmart, we are a small home based business where every dollar counts and we cannot just offer refunds for mistakes made by customers. Nevertheless if you return the (product) to us at your own expense will refund you the $8, otherwise you can keep them and we can offer you $4. In any case please do not order from us again. ~ Matt" If they are such a small company they should respect the customers they get. Sorry wall-mart, apparently you are more responsible and respectful towards your customers. Now I know why you are such a big company, wall mart. To make matters more...interesting they insisted on a tracking number. I must have pissed them off enough that they wanted me to pay to make sure my package I'm sending back "doesn't just get lost in the mail" because then they wouldn't pay me back obviously. I don't trust this company, they are immature, disrespectful, and do not know how to run a Business to please customers. I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through what I did today especially for a unleinent shop who leave the customer feeling angry and scared they may want to accidentally lose my package on purpose, it wouldn't surprise me with how unprofessionally they handled things.
