Very bad exchange refund policy

I have spent 1.675£ in total on their website, but I wasn’t happy with the measurements of my last command ( a pant at 95£). I called customer service and asked for a tweak, they refuse. The only choice I had was to reorder and repay full price. A very stupid way to treat a regular customer.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid these clowns like the plague.

Ordered a custom suit for my wedding. Had fresh, up to date measurements taken by my tailor and figured we were good to go. The estimated deliver date sails by. Can’t get ahold of them.
