Arrogant, curt and customer service.

To the CSR at Southern Rods and Parts, Inc. Your arrogant, rude and curt attitude towards customers like me helps Amazon tremendously. The wiper kit that I used for the FIRST TIME was making a noise that could only be described as nylon gears not meshing correctly and jumping around in the mount. When I asked, you GUESSED that the product had a sixty-day warranty. Really? I purchased it 12/2/2019 and now it is 3/6/2020, too bad for me. But, why the attitude? You don't know that my Model A has Southern Air, that my '40 Chevy project will have Vintage Air. Anyhow, I bought a new wiper kit (Pacific Union) from Amazon Prime, less money AND free shipping. Unfortunate that online shopping is replacing "brick and mortar" stores but, customer service like yours pushes us to it. User's recommendation: Always compare Amazon prices to specialty shops.
