I bought the FAN THAT STANDS UP. i BOUGHT IT AT A roses store in NC. The fan did not have a part we needed. I called and they said to bring it back and we got anther one and it also missed the part. I was told to bring in back and I would get the money back. Another manager told me I could not get the money back. So I got a box fan. User's recommendation: Check the bos to make sure all parts are in them.
