I purchased the above tv stand on 18 January 2021. Delivery took place on 5 Feb and the delivery guys opened it at 6:30pm. They also broke my tile in my home. Sunday morning, 7 Feb while cleaning I noticed that the back of the tv stand the wood is coming apart. I immediately contacted decofurn and sent pictures and an email. I'm now told that it's my fault and not the fault of decofurn. My question is that would a solid wood tv stand start to chip in a day and a half in my home? This is a clear factory fault yet I'm being blamed. Decofurn took the drivers part without calling me to actually find out exactly what took place.
