It has been 6 days since my shipment was out for delivery and I never received it, courier either never contacts me or calls too late. On September 1st I've visited one of the offices in salmiya and she said that the problem was it went to the wrong place which was solved by rewriting the address again. Since then same excuses are given and the customer service are doing nothing but repeating the same thing every call/complain. All I want is to receive my shipment which is the least I can ask for.
