I made an appointment for sunday march 21 at 1pm for an oil change this was made on Friday March 19 to wait for the service went to the shop before the time was told I would have to wait 2 and a half hours so why does your company even make appointments I have spent thousands of dollars at this place in Dundalk md on north point rd in the past why didn't I even get a phone call telling me the job couldn't be done at that time this is a PATHETIC way to treat a long time customer and the response I get from this complaint will decide if I continue to come to Mr Tire in the future Fred Masilek, Janice Carrick 443 841 **** waiting for a response
