Neighbor arranged seal coating for 5 homes. Didn't know who the contractor was. Weather was fine, 80, cleaned driveway, sealed it with water base product, and installed orange barrier across apron. So far so good, except they didn't fill the cracks like all other contractors do. Employee said for $40 we just do the sealing...kind of skipped a step Juan! User's recommendation: I assumed the cracks would be filled. They just work fast...talk to office ahead of time to see what you are getting. I relied on neighbor making arrangements and not up to my standards.!
