Apple ipad refund

Sent apple ipad back on 2nd march you received it 4th March got text 12th march saying I would get refund in 5/7 days which was 19/21 march. Then 22nd march got another text saying refund again in 5/7 days which was 27/29 but still waiting. Can you please let me know when I am getting my refund feed up on waiting
