Apparently delivered to wrong address

Tracking said delivery would be by 8pm on 9/18. At 8:07pm, submitted email to UDS that pkg not received. Next day, tracking showed delivered at 1:24 pm to front door with VPOD. Called UDS 9/19 and they didn’t have photo of delivery! Said would have driver come back by. About 3 hours later package delivered with no explanation as to where it had been, no follow up phone call to confirm and no follow up response to original email. Wish Walmart wouldn’t use this service for deliveries. Common sense should also dictate that drivers at least ring doorbell when leaving a package.
