Update by user Jul 20, 2018 Have used PODS for multiple moves with great experience. So didnt think twice when they patched me though on phone to their reco’d pack/load providers. Really wished I’d read reviews in advance and could have avoided all this. Really amazed PODS even recommends them. Original review posted by user Jul 20, 2018 All outsourced crews, and can’t manage through issues on site or resolve to complete jobs. Decided i was too demanding because I wanted my boxes labeled and for the lazy crew to load a pod correctly and utilize all space. Crew said things won’t fit despite me sending photos showing lots of available space. Crew walked off job without all loaded. Moving Staffers instead of resolving issues-cancelled my move in on receiving end because they “wouldnt be able to meet my expectations”. According to Moving Staffers, labeling boxes is “not part of their service requirements”. Crew loaded unwrapped grill on top of vintage burled wood Desk.
