My daughter bought and paid for flowers to be delivered to my hospital ward in Dubbo last Wedsday 20th Jan. She wanted me to wake up from surgery to a lovely vase of flowers. They did not turn up!!! After lots of emails etc. They have refused to refund her the $75 That she paid. Today Monday 25th January I had a very dead, wilted bunch of flowers and a melted chocolate delivered to my hospital ward. This is disgusting. 5 days late....and dead flowers. Don't expect to ever have me, my daughter or the nurses who were in attendance today to ever use your service again!!!!!
