App switch money missing

I was told to switch to the new app which I have done. I was told everything would transfer automatically It has not. All my listed items for sale have disappeared and more importantly, my money in my account has now disappeared!!! I can't get hold of anyone to discuss this with and just trying to find their contact details is impossible! Please help!
