Same... Have had set up for about a year. Went out of town for the weekend and everything was working fine till the power in my house went out. Havent been able to connect back to my cameras from my phone. I reset everything and now I cant even get my Dvr added back on my app it just says failed. A friend bought the same set for Christmas and was bearly setting them up this weekend 5/20/2021 and hers didnt work period. Super frustrating looking for a new system I guess. User's recommendation: Wouldn’t buy this system again..
