One side drops ice as harvest assist pushes on ice after hot gas by pass but left side turns but then doesn’t keep pushing and its a new harvest assist motor

Left side harvest assist does engage half a turn but then stops and doesn’t push ice out like the right side

cim0430HA replaced old model iceo400ha3 but does not working with light only blinking.

CIM0430 HA, s/n: 190512****2249 replaced old m/c ICEO400HA3 s/n: 070112****0320. Power light is blinking and water is falling into bin, but electric parts are not working. Nothing is changed from the previous circumstances. Please give us guidance to solve this matter quickly. I am owner of ARI SUSHI , end user of your machine.
