Annoyed. what does it take to get a human?

due to finances i had to lower my plan to $35.00. got a text confirming total cost of $35.00. got a boost card for that amt. got a text thanking me for signing up for $7.00 insurance, which i did not do. boost cut me off because i only put through $35.00. i paid the $7.00 because i had no choice. very annoyed.
