Update by user Aug 28, 2020 I went on to the live chat and was informed that there were replacement feet I could purchase. However, when I went into the shop I was told there were no replacements for the roof feet and I would have to purchase a whole new roof bar and feet set. At a cost of over £200 I refused to do this Original review posted by user Jul 29, 2020 I purchased a roof rack kit from halfords 5-6 years ago. I have attempted, numerous times to see if I can get a new foot set for the roof rack. Nobody is answering the phones at customer services. The staff member in the shop told me I would have to purchase a whole new roof rack set but would not contact customer services to ask for new feet and I couldnt get through on live chat.
