Angry with their communication about refunds and cancellation policies.

Had a much higher deposit than other couples in our planned trip with Carnival. In addition when we canceled they told us that if they canceled the cruise we would get our money back. Then later on a second call they said if we hadn't canceled and asked for an extension on sending full payment we could have gotten our money back. We feel that we have been lied to and robbed. User's recommendation: Don't book a cruise! If you do don't book with Carnival!!
