Do NOT rent from Capreit. They leave you in unsafe homes. If you expect them to be accountable and supportive the put you on ignore and after that, DO NOT make the mistake of requesting other services like parking because they will lie and tell you there are none available out of spite. Just check google reviews. I am not the only person ACROSS CANADA that has had the same experience. User's recommendation: Do not rent from Capreit.
